It was the first time buying from a company and I couldn’t have had a better experience. As I’ve only been driving two years my knowledge of cars is minimal. However Lee was absolutely fantastic. I part exchanged my old car and Lee couldn’t have made the transition any smoother. He put all my worries at ease and did everything for me (even a last minute valet on the car). Bought myself a 2010 Volvo S40 at the beginning of the month. The car was throughout checked over before hand and washed. Immaculate would be an understatement. Lee wasn't pushy at all, unlike other car salespersons. Very professional to deal with and his communication throughout was impressive.

I had a slight issue with the car this morning, nothing that was present when I bought the vehicle and something which could not have been foreseen. I messaged him and within the hour he had arranged for it to be looked at by a garage really close by. Who have now booked it in Monday for a very very minor fault.

I can't recommend Parkland Motors enough. From first ringing him, viewing and test driving, to the collection of the car, everything was amazing.

I would recommend these to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Purchasing my first car, which was reliable, was challenging, but Lee made the process incredibly simple for me since I'm the household's only driver. Lee was very welcoming and extremely helpful and throughout the entire process, and made sure I understood everything. The service I had was excellent. I cannot praise this dealership highly enough. Will be going back for all the family cars now! :)

Lee was very helpful, kind and courteous. He gave me a fair price for my car and even helped me to complete my online paperwork. He even made me a cuppa (no biscuits mind 🤣) I would recommend him and his company

First class customer attention from Johnny : not only does he sell, he entertains! He and Oliver care about the cars they present and make the customer feel cared about too. Good old-fashioned service. And the car itself was immaculately prepared and presented.

Both Jonny and Lee were very helpful and understanding when I kept them a while due to having to reset passwords before being able to make a payment because I couldn’t remember my own password i ended up having to call my bank 🤦‍♀️ they didnt make me feel bad or rush me they were completely understanding and I actually felt no pressure at all. Most would have been cross having driven all that way and being made to wait in the heat of the sun it was 27 degrees but they were still calm and patient. I would give more than 5 stars if i could if i could.

I would definitely recommend buying a car from them due to Excellent service and genuinely decent people.🤩😇

I bought my second hand car from Parkland Motor Company (Johnny & Lee) earlier this year and I really thought there is no way anyone could top the excellent service I received but I was wrong, the after sales has superseded the sale, no other word would cover it but WoW! they should be called One Stop Shop.

The car developed a minor fault and after a call to Parkland they took the car, organised a quick repair as I am a Domiciliary worker, they constantly kept me updated, picked the car up after the completion of the repair and delivered it to my door washed and polished, you are both amazing.

Thank you for your kindness and courteous manner and I wish you both continued success in the future.

P. S. I will definitely be dropping in for that promised cup of coffee.

It was a huge step for me to buy another car as I had my old faithful for many years but when I met Johnny and Lee from Parkland Motor Co they put me at ease straight away, both were very courteous and no sales pressure what so ever. They took my car in part exchange also gave me breakdown cover on my purchase.
